The data protection regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May, aims to protect personal information, meaning all information with which a person can be identified: name, surname, ID card, e-mail address, user name and password, telephone number, date of birth, age, etc.. The new regulation establishes a series of obligations that are necessary for organisations to comply with in order to protect the personal information held by the organisation, including the duty to inform all interested parties of the information available to the organisation and to inform them of the rights they may exercise over their personal data.
In order to comply with the current regulations, we provide all natural persons outside the organization with the personal information the company has about them and the processing that will be carried out with them. On the other hand, the guide to exercise the rights defined by GDPR on the personal data provided to the organization is available to all those interested.
